These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Troop fantasy gaming platform ("Troop" or the "Platform"), operated by Arvesi Technologies Private Limited ("Arvesi," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Troop, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Troop.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 

3. Participation in Contests

3.1. Troop offers various types of contests, including fantasy games, live contests, and non-monetary contests. Participation in contests may require payment of monetary consideration. 

3.2. By participating in contests, you agree to abide by the rules and guidelines provided by Troop for each contest.

4. Rewards and Disbursements

4.1. Rewards for contests are determined by a proprietary algorithm utilized by Troop based on the performance of stocks selected by users.

4.2. Disbursements of rewards are made in accordance with the rules and guidelines provided by Troop for each contest.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1. Certain contests on Troop require entry fees. The fee amount will be disclosed before you join a contest. Troop uses secure payment gateways for all transactions.

 6. Stock Data

6.1. Troop utilizes real-time stock market data obtained through API integrations with third-party vendors. However, Troop does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this data.

7. User Content

7.1. You may create and share content on Troop, including comments, messages, and contest entries ("User Content").

7.2. By submitting User Content, you grant Arvesi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with Troop.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1. Users agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, cheating, hacking, or using any automated means to manipulate Troop or contests.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. Troop and its content, including logos, trademarks, and software, are the property of Arvesi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9.2. Users may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any content from Troop without prior written consent from Arvesi.

10. User Conduct

10.1. Users agree to use Troop in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited activities include engaging in any illegal activity, creating multiple accounts, using bots or other automated methods to participate in contests, sharing account information, abusing Troop's functionalities or infrastructure, and engaging in harassing or discriminatory behavior. 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

11.1. Troop is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11.2. Arvesi does not warrant that Troop will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. Arvesi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Troop.

12.2. In no event shall Arvesi's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using Troop.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in [Jurisdiction].
